This role offers the scope and accountability of a General Manager position within a premium student accommodation asset. You will lead performance, people, and operations while delivering an exceptional resident experience. You’ll also play a key role in championing resident wellbeing and pastoral care, creating a safe, inclusive, and connected student community. As Accommodation Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the operational and commercial success of the asset, balancing occupancy and financial performance with resident satisfaction, wellbeing, and community engagement.
